Hours and Appointments

Counseling services at RCTC are available only at the main campus on an appointment and walk-in basis.  It is best to plan ahead to meet with a counselor because appointments are often filled several days in advance.  Walk-in sessions are also scheduled daily throughout the week.  Walk-ins at other times will be accommodated as much as possible.

For emergency or crisis situations, call or stop at the Counseling Center for IMMEDIATE assistance.  See below for information regarding counseling hours and phone numbers for the two campuses.

University Center Rochester Campus Appointment Schedule:

Monday, Tuesday, and Friday 8am - 4 pm

Tuesday and Wednesday, 8 am - 7 pm

Located at the University Center Rochester - first floor, Room SS133

(Just down the hall from the Admissions and Records Office.)
