Complete the form letter below that explains the purpose
of the assignment to the Council of
Economic Advisors and prioritizes the issues from most
important to least important for national funding
purposes according to your economic analysis. |

Date: _____________
Dear Members of the Council of Economic Advisors:
1. My report to you today is based upon my knowledge of The
Economics of Public Issues,
____ Edition, my understanding of
Foundations of Macroeconomics
by Australian economist Robin Bade and Canadian economics
professor Michael Parkin, and my study under Mr. Tom Meyer of
Patrick Henry Community College in Virginia. Based on my
analysis and evidence I provided in the preceding pages of
Project #3,
I've prioritized the four economic issues given to me for
study. Here they are.
In
descending order of importance, you should consider funding:
A.
________________________________________________
B.
________________________________________________
C.
________________________________________________
D.
________________________________________________
2. Due to scarcity of available federal tax revenues, I'm told
you will probably fund only the issue you regard as the most
important. Unless I was given insufficient information, other
relevant variables have emerged, new data has arisen, or
circumstances have changed since the preparation of my report, I
respectfully and with confidence recommend federal funds be
spent to address and rectify conditions prevailing in Issue #
____, entitled
"
______________________________ ."
3. Thank you for the opportunity to have my analysis considered
in relation to that provided by other students, including my
classmates at Patrick Henry Community College in Martinsville,
Virginia. It was a privilege to receive the opportunity to
bring forth facts and principles which may influence your
decision.
Sincerely,
Name:
