How 1000 class points are divided

There are 1000 class points divided as follows:

First Block of Study

Exam #1	200 points
Project #1in HOW TO PREPARE	100 points
Option: Turn in Project #2, #3, or #4 as well and get ahead of the remaining requirements.

Second Block of Study

Exam #2	200 points
Project #2in HOW TO PREPARE. Option: Turn in an additional Project as well and get ahead of the remaining requirements.	100 points

Third Block of Study

Exam #3	200 points
Project #3in HOW TO PREPARE. Option: Turn in an additional Project and get ahead of the remaining requirements.	100 points

Final Exam Project

Final Exam Project Turn in Project #4in HOW TO PREPARE.	100 points

How letter grades are determined

To fail the course you have to:

(1) Withdraw improperly, plagiarize, or
(2) Achieve less than 600 points.

To earn a grade of D you have to:

Achieve 600 but less than 700 points.

To earn a grade of C you have to:

Achieve 700 but less than 800 points

To earn a grade of B you have to:

Achieve 800 but less than 900 points.

To earn a grade of A you have to:

Achieve 900 or more points.
