Open an empty Microsoft Word document page.  See that the cursor is blinking.
Open the Edit menu.
Within the Edit menu, select the Paste-Special command.

(After about 25 seconds, this page will be copied into Word.)

Drag your mouse to select the entire green area by holding down the left button while you drag the mouse from upper left green corner to lower right green corner.

Move your mouse to the Highlight drop-down area.  Select yellow.
The selected green area will turn yellow.

Now you can edit this page.  Go ahead and answer the questions in the yellow area.

When you are finished, save your work.
