Study AbroadDear Students,I urge you to consider joining me on a heartfelt journey to Guatemala, and help make a difference in the lives of its indigent population.    I am a volunteer with the San Lucas mission in San Lucas Toliman, Guatemala. Through the past 40 years, our mission has initiated and maintained reforestation projects, construction projects, education projects, coffee exports, a dental clinic, a women’s center and more, thanks to generous help from organizations such as yours.   We usually arrange a 2-week trip to Guatemala. This trip will offer you a chance to witness first-hand the work that we have accomplished in that country thanks to many generous donations, and the unremitting dedication of our volunteer staff.   As a student in good standing, you might benefit from this experience in a very positive way. The only prerequisites for this trip are the SPAN 1001 Introduction to Hispanic Cultures and SPAN 1101 Beginning Spanish I. Please contact me for more information. Thank you!
