Interviewed and selected new personnel. 1983-1986 Assistant Psychologist Universidad del Norte, Barranquilla, Colombia Worked in the Human Resources department. Developed and directed training programs for secretaries, professors, and administrative personnel. Oriented new employees. Organized recreational activities for 400 people. 1979-1983 Personnel Manager Intermundial (toy store), Barranquilla, Colombia Supervised 15 employees. Designed and organized sales courses for the sales force. Interviewed and selected personnel. 1978-1986 Participated in volunteer work while attending the University. Trained community leaders in disadvantaged neighborhoods. Helped to treat disadvantaged people with mental disorders and drug problems. Worked with mentally disabled children. 1977 Instructor for Colombian Literacy Program TRAVEL Some travel was for individual research.
