The dinner banquet and presentation will take place at the Doubletree Plaza Hotel in the Galleria III-IV Ballroom. A social mixer is scheduled from 5:45-6:30 with a cash bar available. The plated dinner begins at 6:30 and includes a garden salad, fresh baked roll, California blend vegetables, tater tots (very Minnesotan!), and Dutch apple pie for dessert. The main course is your choice of a Minnesota Stuffed Chicken Breast (boneless breast of chicken stuffed with a wild rice and mushroom dressing served with a garlic white wine cream sauce), Almond Crusted Walleye (Lake Superior filet of walleye light dusted with almond flour sauteed and finished with a citrus buerre blanc sauce), or the Vegetarian Meal (chef's selection of seasonal vegetables).

Guests are welcome to attend the dinner banquet. Include the number of guests and their meal selection on your registration form. Please add $25 to your payment for each guest attending.
