To complete your reservation, you must agree to the following: 

1. I understand I am responsible for the room condition, including cleanliness and replacement of all damaged, broken or misused equipment.

DVD Player = $ 150.00	Microphone = $ 250.00	Misc. Cords/ Wires $25.00	Whiteboard = $ 300.00



2. I am responsible for all personal belongings, and all lost and/or broken materials.
3. I am responsible for all fines accrued including late returns.
4. I understand that food is not allowed.
5. I am responsible for managing the actions and behavior of room participants in a manner that does not interfere with the educational rights of others.

I have read the above, and agree to the terms listed. I understand that I am financially responsible for the equipment I am borrowing. I agree to pay replacement or repair costs and understand that failing to do so will result in appropriate billing action from the college. Further, I understand that violations of any of the rules listed above may result in loss of my study room privileges, fines and/or disciplinary action.
