- Library Technology Center (LTC)
- The LTC is an open computer and audio visual lab in Goddard Library. Anyone not currently enrolled at RCTC, WSU, or UMN will be charged a $150 per semester, $65 per month, $25 per week, or $10 per day computer usage fee. Usage passes can be purchased at the Reference Desk in Goddard Library.
