The “VSpooler has generated errors and will be closed by windows” error occasionally occurs when you attempt to print a document on your computer.
This file plays a part in controlling the printers installed on the computer. When vspooler crashes, all of your installed printers will disappear. Any attempt to restart the service or reload the printer fails.
The only solution to this problem is to completely restart your computer. This issue is a known problem, both Microsoft and Novell are working on a resolution. You may see the error reoccur with some Microsoft Office documents. To resolve this problem you can copy the contents of the problem document into a new blank document, then attempt to print it again (after a restart).
