This warning usually indicates that the last time you logged out of the computer there was some kind of problem updating your profile. You want to answer NO to this window because your locally stored profile was not able to upload correctly. There may be some kind of corruption in the profile, and the profile on the network is the last good profile to be uploaded. The computer will continue to ask you this question every time you login until you choose your network profile by answering NO.
