Immediately after log in, you may get an error:
"Explorer.exe has generated errors and will be closed by windows"...
at which point the desktop reloads. The error also reoccurs every time you click on an item on your desktop. -- This is a problem with your profile. It is caused by a problem with the way Microsoft handles file locking. Microsoft is researching the problem but they have not provided us with a fix yet.
If you encounter the problem, we can repair it by deleting your user profile and recreating it, but there is no way to prevent it from occurring. You can report the problem to us by calling us at 7243, or by sending an email to tech.help@rctc.edu.
