ITS Support for Handheld Devices
ITS will provide support for handheld devices that meet our defined Minimum Support Requirements .
Intellisync Mobile Suite software will be installed on your mobile devices. It keeps them updated with all sorts of information--email, application data, file content, web pages, software, and PIM data (e.g., calendar and contacts).
Minimum Device Requirements:
Handheld device support is provided to a single user for a single device in conjunction with a single workstation. Shared devices and environments are not recommended or supported as they can result in unpredictable performance.
Palm Requirements
- OS: Palm OS 4 or higher
- Memory: 64 MB or higher
- Applications: Sync, Palm Desktop (only the version that shipped with device), calendar
- Example Devices: Palm Tungsten Series, Treo 650, Samsung
Windows Mobile/Pocket PC Requirements
- OS: Windows Mobile 2003 SE or higher –or- Windows Mobile 2005
- Memory: 64 MB or higher
- Applications: Active Sync, calendar, tasks, contacts, and email (limited)
- Example Devices: HP iPaq, Pocket PC Phones, Samsung i700, Audiovox XV6600
