• Rochester Community and Technical College
In addition to the multitude of diplomas, certificates, associate of arts, and associate of science degrees, students also have the Path to Purple option at University Center Rochester (the partnership between RCTC and WSU).

• Winona State University - Rochester
WSU-Rochester Center cooperates with Rochester Community and Technical College to offer complete educational programs to the area. Through Path to Purple, students can complete several baccalaureate degree programs by transferring lower-division credits from Rochester Community and Technical College and completing upper-level courses at Winona State University. Students can also complete numerous undergraduate minors and graduate degrees containing many different graduate programs.
