You do NOT need to know the exact date for works of art from Chapter 1 (Prehistory) or Chapter 3 (Ancient Egypt). For Chapter 1, simply note "Paleolithic" or "Neolithic." For Chapter 3, simply note "Old Kingdom" or "New Kingdom.
