Welcome to the Fitness Center Orientation Video & Quiz
The Fitness Center orientation video is your introduction to the UCR Kinesiology Lab.
Immediately after viewing the video you will be given an opportunity to show that you are ready to begin using the lab by completing a
short 10 question quiz.
It is important that you view the video & successfully complete the quiz at the same time
The video and quiz should take approximately 1 hour to complete. Listen carefully to the video - because failure to get at least 7 out of 10 correct on the follow-up quiz
will require you to review the entire video and retake the quiz. You will not be allowed to use the Fitness Center until
you have successfully completed the quiz and agreed to fitness center policy and use guidelines.
To begin enter your Barcode Number from the back of your campus ID (see the pictures below) in the form below along with your First and Last Names
Carefully enter your values then click on Submit
